Derek Satterfield delivered the pretrial motion which was followed by Zachary Cabin’s opening statement to the court. And thus, the trial was underway.

The team’s witnesses delivered stunning testimonies, well delivered and supported by facts. David Fink sealed the team’s performance with a closing statement that summed up the argument and pertinent facts.

Although the judge’s verdict was not guilty, his verdict on the fate of the defendant has no correlation to each team’s performance.

CdM won the round by an astonishing five percent margin. The team will advance to Round 2 on November 17 with confidence.
