The newest diet invading social media is all the all-raw diet. The idea behind this is that heating foods destroys its nutrients and natural enzymes. This is bad because enzymes prevent chronic diseases and boost digestion. Foods that are allowed in this diet are raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw grains, and raw fish. Here are some helpful tips for eating raw and maintaining this diet.
Getting Your Groceries: Hit up the produce section!
When going to your local grocery store, try to avoid the sections that sell cooked foods. Make sure to pick the best produce to ensure you are not consuming overripe produce. When you participate in this all-raw diet, you are more likely to consume things in smaller portions. This way, you will go through your produce much slower than you think. If you buy overripe produce, it is more likely to rot more quickly.

Along with keeping the natural enzymes and nutrients in the food, eating lots of fruits and vegetables helps regulate blood pressure.
